Production Associate

Production Associates work in our manufacturing and warehouse facilities to prepare orders for customers. This includes pulling materials, production, cleaning, and packaging. Associates work in teams to fulfill orders according to a set of standard operating procedures. Production Associates work out of our Milwaukee, WI and Dalton, GA facilities, respectively.

Duties and Responsibilities

Production Associates perform duties such as preparing raw materials, mixing and blending, packaging, cleaning equipment, and packages for shipment, transporting goods, and sampling materials. Strong communication and teamwork skills are expected. All associates uphold safety regulations for themselves and those around them.

Qualifications

Production Associates should be detail-oriented in their work and able to log details on paperwork and/or the computer. A high school degree or general education degree is required. Prior experience working in a similar manufacturing environment is preferred. Candidates should be in good physical condition and able to lift and move up to 75 pounds. Forklift certification is desired, but not required for all positions.

Lab Associate

Lab Associates drive quality control in our laboratories. With a careful eye and dedication to quality, Lab Associates ensure our products leave our warehouses up to specifications.

Duties and Responsibilities

Lab Associates perform regular quality control tests on incoming shipments, production batches, and customer material samples. They are responsible for compliance with established FSW, customer, and certification/legal standards. Data analysis, detailed logs of lab work, and efficient preparation and clean up practices are routine. Lab Associates work to minimize risk, uphold safety, and ensure all products withhold specifications.

Qualifications

Ideal candidates are detail-oriented and inquisitive. They have excellent problem solving and logic skills for discovering and troubleshooting routine quality adjustments. One to three years of related experience in a lab or equivalent education is required. Knowledge of general chemistry and lab procedures, including the safe handling of chemicals, is a must. Lab Associates are expected to understand how to operate a spectrophotometer, lab dyeing machines, lab oven, crock meters, analytical scales, and other laboratory equipment. Must have proficient computer skills.

Technical Sales Representatives

Technical Sales Representatives are experts in their fields. Dedicated to color management and chemistry applications, they specialize in specific industries to apply chemistry solutions to the market. Our sales staff work in teams to deliver solutions to our customers.

Duties and Responsibilities

Technical Sales Representatives service geographical regions in specific markets. They are experts in their fields with superior technical knowledge of chemistry and colorants and how they apply to the market. They are apt at seeking out opportunities and working with clients to meet their needs.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in Science, Chemistry, or a specific application is required. Five to ten years of experience in the field, in a combination of lab, manufacturing, or sales is expected. Global perspective of tactical planning across products, services, and markets is a must. Technical Sales Representatives must be great communicators and team leaders both in person and off site.
