Vendor Evaluation, Bar Coding of Raw Materials, Raw Material Approval (IQC)
- Vendors are continually monitored for quality/standards
- Corrective action is required when infractions occur.
- All incoming raw materials receive a bar code label for internal tracking and control.
- All raw materials are approved for use by Quality Control prior to use. Many are tested in their intended application.
Calibration, Preventative Maintenance, Process Control, DCR System
- All process control and product testing equipment is calibrated on a regular basis by a third party.
- A preventive maintenance schedule is in place for every critical piece of equipment.
- An extensive process control program is in place to ensure that you get what you want when you want it.
- Every department can view the customer's requirements prior to performing work for them.
